Organize. Simplify. Minimize.
For 2017, I decided to choose a word that I would carry with me throughout all 365 days and do my best to keep it top of mind. I hadn't done this previously and was very interested in giving it a try. My word was "focus" and I do think, overall, I did a fairly good job. Of course, if you look at the day-to-day, "focus" might not be a word that would always represent my thoughts and actions, but as a whole, the big picture, I do believe that I did a better job at focusing on my home, my family, my relationships, my work, my walk with the Lord. I wasn't sure what my word for 2018 would be until I created my Project List and now it seems to jump out at me. Actually, it is more than one word: Organize, Simplify, Minimize. In the next few posts, I will be exploring each of these words and bringing their meaning for me in 2018 to life. For now, I am keeping this simple, and calling it a day.
